What data we process

Quote form and contact: name, phone, email, property address, details of the requested service, optionally uploaded photos and your remarks. We need this data to prepare a quote and carry out the order.

Technical data: when you visit the website, our hosting provider (Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland) stores IP address, time, page accessed and browser information in server logs – for security and error analysis, for a maximum of 30 days.

Cookies and tracking

This website sets no tracking cookies and uses no third-party analytics tools. Fonts are served from our own server.

Disclosure

Your data is not sold. It is only shared with service providers we need for processing (hosting and email at Infomaniak in Switzerland, accounting/invoicing). We share data with property managers only as far as necessary for the order.

Retention

Enquiries without an order are deleted after 12 months. Order and invoice data is retained for 10 years as required by law.
