FAQ about move-out cleaning
What does handover guarantee mean?+
If the property manager or owner flags our cleaning at the handover, we re-clean free of charge until the handover is accepted. On request we attend the handover with you.
Does the apartment have to be empty?+
Yes. The final cleaning takes place in the empty, swept apartment. Disposal or furniture transport is offered separately.
How quickly can I get an appointment?+
Usually within a week. Before termination dates (end of March, June, September, December) we recommend 3–4 weeks lead time. Ask anyway – it often works at short notice.
Is the guide price binding?+
The guide price on the website is an estimate. The quote you receive within 24 hours is a binding flat rate – no hidden costs.
Are you insured?+
Yes, business liability insurance for all work. Our staff are employed and insured in Switzerland.
