Parquet installation
Solid, engineered or prefinished parquet – floating or fully glued. Including skirting boards and transitions.

Parquet sanding and oiling
Old parquet is sanded with low dust, filled and oiled or sealed. Looks like new at a fraction of the cost.

Vinyl installation
Click vinyl or glued-down design flooring. Waterproof, robust, ideal for kitchens, bathrooms and rental apartments.

Repairs and renovations

FAQ
FAQ about floors
Sanding or new installation?+
Solid and engineered parquet can usually be sanded 2–4 times. If the wear layer is still thick enough, sanding and oiling is much cheaper than a new floor. We check this at the site visit.
How long does it take?+
Sanding and oiling: 1–2 days for a 3.5-room apartment plus 24–48 hours drying. Installation: 1–3 days depending on area.
Is material included?+
Guide prices are labour prices. Material (parquet, vinyl, laminate) is quoted separately according to your choice – every item is transparent.
Do you work for property managers?+
Yes, that is our focus: floor repair and final cleaning at tenant change from one provider, with one invoice.
